What does Pro + Sports add?
Pro + Sports includes everything in Pro, plus a full sports tracking hub: follow teams and players across the NFL, NBA, Premier League, and more. How does the Family plan work?
Family gives you everything in Pro + Sports plus a household of up to 5 members with their own watchlists, parental controls with a PIN, and content rating limits. It's $12/month.
Which sports leagues are supported?
ReelRifter connects to TheSportsDB and supports major leagues including the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, MLS, and more. If a team is in TheSportsDB, you can follow them.
What streaming services does ReelRifter support?
ReelRifter works with any streaming service — Netflix, Max, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Peacock, Paramount+, AMC+, and more. You're not limited to a specific list.
Is there a mobile app?
ReelRifter is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iPhone, open it in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the Install prompt in Chrome. You get a full app icon, offline support, and a native-feeling experience — no App Store required.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing to access the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel, pause, or change your plan instantly. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Can I import from Netflix or Letterboxd?
Yes. Go to Settings → Import to upload a CSV from Netflix (download from Account → Personal Data), Letterboxd (Settings → Export), or enter your public Trakt username.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Deleting your account from Settings → General permanently removes your profile, watchlist, ratings, notes, and all associated data from our database. This cannot be undone. Your Stripe subscription is also cancelled automatically.
